How does shipping and delivery work?

Once an order is placed, we will carefully collect your item(s) and packed it. Usually, you will receive your order between 1-5 business days (An post). We tried to send on the same day or next business day. Sometimes An post loves to hold the orders 😅

We have two options at checkout:

  1. Flat Rate: A cheaper option for orders below €15. With the Flat Rate, you won’t receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.
  2. Registered Post: You can choose this option, and a tracking number will be provided.
  • Pre orders:
    Please check the description for the estimated shipping date on your pre-order;
    Please note that we do not offer refunds for pre-orders, and once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
    If we decide to issue a refund, we will retain 15% of the order amount.

  • Please note: If you choose flat rate shipping, we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.
  • When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order has a tracking number, you will have a tracking button to keep up with real-time updates.
  • We currently sent to Ireland and UK.But If your country or region is not mentioned, please feel free to reach out to see if we can work out the details.

Oops, did you realise you need to change your shipping address?

  • No problem, we can do all the necessary changes any time before it has been shipped. Please send us the new details and quote your order number to noadcads@gmail.com.
  • Please note - we can only send your parcel to the address you provide on your order. If you provide an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it and do not take responsibility for it. So please double check your address carefully!

Getting a little worried about where your order might be?

  • We know the waiting game can be nerve-wracking! We quoted two (2) to five (5) working days for delivery; but, occasionally, unexpected events prevent them from delivering within this window. If your item still hasn't been delivered within twelve (10) business days, please contact us at noadcards@gmail.com

Please note: Once we pass your item(s) to our courier, your package is with a different provider. We completely
understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues are beyond our control and need to be investigated by our courier. For that reason, we advise choosing the tracked rate to obtain a tracking number.
