Cancelations

You can cancel or modify any order before it is dispatched and receive a full refund. However, if you need to cancel, change, or return your order after it has been dispatched, please refer to the information below.

Note: Please note that we do not offer refunds for pre-orders, and once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled

What is your return police?

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  1. You have 10 days after you received the order to reach us regarding the refund/return(Noadcards@gmail.com).
  2. After we d evaluate your return, we will inform you about the status of your refund. Note: if there is no valid reason for the return/refund, you will be responsible for all return shipping .We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
  3. If approved, you have two options: Choose a refund, which will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Alternatively, we can exchange it for another product of equal value.

Exchanges

We also provide exchange options. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us, and instead of a refund, we can exchange it for another product of equal value. Please email us at Noadcards@gmail.com for assistance.

What happens if the item is damaged?

  • When an order is damaged, we will take care all the costs for the return. No questions asked!
  • Any claims must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received
  • You must provide a photo of your item/s so we can assess the condition.
