General questions

How can I contact you?

There are two ways to reach us. The quickest way is to use the Chat feature located in the bottom right corner of your screen. Simply click the icon to start chatting with one of our team members.

If you prefer not to use Live Chat, please send an email to noadcards@gmail.com and we will try to reply asap.

Discounts

Occasionally, we offer discount codes for certain products. You may also receive exclusive discounts through our newsletter. Follow us on Instagram (@noadcards) to stay updated on more discounts!

Do you offer a discount for first order?

When you sign up, you'll get 3% off on your first order. The discount code will be
emailed to you shortly after registration. This code can only be used once and
cannot be combined with other offers or discounts

Can't find your favorite TCG?

Our main goal is to provide everyone with the opportunity to find TCGs that they like and complete their own collections. If you are interested in TCGs that we do not sell, please reach out to us, and we will do everything we can to find them for you.

Pre-orders?

Please check the description for the estimated shipping date on your pre-order;
Please note that we do not offer refunds for pre-orders, and once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
If we decide to issue a refund, we will retain 15% of the order amount - Send us an email to noadcards@gmail.com

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We have two options at checkout:

  1. Flat Rate: A cheaper option for orders below €20. With the Flat Rate, you won’t receive a tracking number to follow your parcel - 3€
  2. Trackable Post: You can choose this option, and a tracking number will be provided - 5.96€

How long does it take to get my products?

Usually, you will receive your order between 1-5 business days (An post). We tried to send on the same day or next business day. Sometimes An post loves to hold the orders 😅

Can I change my shipping address?

Sure can!  We can do all the necessary changes any time before it has been shipped. You need to contact us or send an email to noadcads@gmail.com

Do you ship to my area?

We currently sent to Ireland and UK.But If your country or region is not mentioned,
please feel free to reach out to see if we can work out the details.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds/returns?

Yes, we do! Please check our return policy for more information.

How long I can ask for a refund/return?

You have 10 days after you received the order to reach us regarding the refund. We
will then deal with all the return process. For more details, please check our
refund page

What can I do if my order is damaged?

For all products that arrive damaged we sent a replacement or a refund no question
asked. Any claims must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. To be eligible you just need to send photos of the damaged parts. For more information please check our refund and returns page
